Quick answer

The original game

chasmlol's 2010 Rust Rewrite Mashup combined Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer, Skate-style skating and a Minecraft world. It became a viral example of 2026's AI-assisted game mash-ups. Kickflip Ops pays tribute to all three parts in one original game.
The browser version
The world has a skate plaza, a combat compound and a block quarry. As a shooter it has aim-down-sights, recoil, flanking bots, health regeneration and UAV, care package and airstrike killstreaks. Press G at any time to hop on a board.
A kill within 1.5 seconds of a trick scores as a trick kill, and kills in mid-air score extra. Quarry blocks can be dug out for cover, and rail blocks can be ground. It is built in Rust and Bevy and compiled to WebAssembly, with original code and CC0 or self-made assets.

How to play it
- Open the game in a desktop browser. The first load is about 60–120 MB.
- Fight on foot, using 5, 6 and 7 for the UAV, care package and airstrike.
- Press G to board. W pushes, hold and release Space to ollie, and J, K, L, U and H are flips. Press Tab for all controls.
